Moneythor, the technology company providing financial institutions with a digital banking toolkit powered by artificial intelligence (AI), has been selected by ANZ in Australia to enhance customer experience in its digital services. The initial deployment will focus on helping customers achieve their savings goals with personalised spending insights and actionable nudges.
In keeping with its strategy to suit the 21st century customer with rich digital experiences, ANZ will use the Moneythor solution to offer recommendations and insights designed to help customers improve their finances.
